BOISVERT - Multimedia Masterpiece For Me

Let’s talk about a YouTube channel that quietly rearranged how I see things, Boisvert. I LOVE HIM. If you’re into dreamy visuals, lot of stop motion and mixed media, disturbing horror, you’ve probably already stumbled across one of his videos(probably Take Care). If not, welcome to your new obsession.

Boisvert’s work is this hypnotic mix of experimental filmmaking, personal storytelling, and visual journaling. It’s not just "aesthetic", it’s emotional. It’s poetic. The hand-drawn or faded typhograpy, like a whisper instead of a caption. The color grading leans toward pastel blues, muted reds, and washed-out tones that make everything feel like a memory you didn’t know you had. There is lot of distorted and flashing shots so be aware before watching. There's a real understanding of visual tone and pacing, and I honestly take notes while watching. THIS INSPIRES ME A LOT.

And here’s the thing, I’m not just watching these videos for fun. This channel literally inspired my last few assignments, from color palette choices to layout structure. It reminded me that design can be intimate, and that it’s okay for creative work to be emotional and weird and quiet in words but strong in visuals. I know for sure this channel’s going to inspire even more of my future work, both in school and in my own projects. Sometimes you just find a creator who speaks the visual language you’ve been trying to learn, and for me, that’s Boisvert. I want to make interactive films or FMV's after my last assignments, i get so much fun. Lets see how things go.;
